Dear everyone,
2009 was a brilliant year for Duck Pond Markets - we launched the first market with 38 stalls, thinking it might be a one off, and it grew and grew and grew! We now have around 90 stalls attending the Ruislip market each month! In May we launched Duck Pond Farmers Market, and this has grown too, into a beautiful, relaxed large farmers market, where you can shop and eat with your family. And finally in June we launched Harrow Duck Pond Market which has been warmly welcomed by local residents and which will return between April and September in 2010. Please take a look around the website, there’s a page for each market with full details and dates, you can see pics of past markets on the Gallery page, and check out Caron’s blog, which will be updated regularly in 2010!

This Sunday we raised £32.60 in the collection box and the 10% that Duck Pond Market pledged was £90 so that came to £122.60, and then my work doubled it, so a grand total of £245.20. Thanks everyone. Please remember to donate if you can afford a couple of pounds and haven’t yet. The people in Haiti need all the help we can offer.
