Duck Pond Market launched in Ruislip in December 2008, inside the recently refurbished Great Barn, and has since grown to over 90 stalls! The market was launched to provide a forum for local independent crafters, food producers and small local businesses to present their wares to their community, in an exciting and vibrant market. We try to bring the excitement and magic of a festival to the barn each month by bringing interesting, local and ethical food, crafts, music and arts together, always in an amazing setting.
The Ruislip Duck Pond Market is lively, eclectic, unique and combines farmers market stalls with a selection of local artists and crafters, live local musicians and other interesting stalls and is evolving each month. We currently have around 90 sellers attending. There’s plenty of children's entertainment, including face painting, a craft corner, vintage swingboats, and a children's photographer doing portraits to take away on the day, all in the beautiful setting of the Great Barn, a magical 13th century barn and its surrounding land. The friendly atmosphere, the tantalising smells of barbecue cooking, the aroma of fresh bread and home-baking, the tasty samples, and the bustling busy-ness of it, all add to the success of Ruislip’s Duck Pond Market!
LOCATION
Duck Pond Market is situated in the Great Barn at the end of Ruislip High Street, and easy to get to via the Metropolitan Line Ruislip tube station, and served by bus numbers H13, 331 and the U10.
There is a car park situated directly next to the market, accessed from St Martin’s Approach and is really reasonable. On Sundays parking is free.
Bicycle racks are available at the back of the barn.

Last market we very sadly had 2 people stolen from - one customer and one stall holder. Please be aware that as the busier toward the summer months, unfortunately we will become more of a target for unscrupulous people. Don’t give them any chances.
